Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) [AEST GMT+10] on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) [AEST GMT+10], or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 5-8 business days
